Victory's Taco Tater Tot Casserole 😋😋




* Ingredients :

°1 pound minced meat
°1 small onion cut into cubes
°1 clove minced garlic
°1 taco seasoning mix
°1 (16 ounce) bag Mexican-style frozen corn
°1 can (12 ounces) black beans, washed and drained
°1 (12 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
°1 (16 ounce) package frozen tarts
°1 (12 fluid ounce) can enchilada sauce

* Directions  :

Step 1
Preheat oven 375°F (190°C). Preparing 9" * 13" bake plate with cook spray.
Step 2
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add onion, garlic, taco seasoning mix, Mexican-style frozen corn, and black beans to ground beef; Cook and stir for another 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine ground beef mixture with about 3/4 of the Mexican cheese mixture and Tater tots; stir to combine.
Step 4
Pour about 1/3 of the enchiladas sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add the tartar mixture to the baking dish; Gently work the mixture into a solid, even layer. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over texture layer.
Fifth step
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining Mexican cheese over the casserole and return to the oven until the cheese has melted and bubbles, another 5 minutes.
