Easy Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

 


OH LET ME JUST SAY...This veggie soup is one of my very favorites, it's So full of flavor and very filling !! Believe me, this diet will never fail to give you your 10 pound weight loss in 7 days !! What make this recipe over the top is that you can eat as much of it as you like !!



INGREDIENTS NEEDED :


- Carrots: 5, chopped

- Onions: 3, chopped

- Whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid: 2 (16 ounce) cans

- Cabbage: 1 large head, chopped

- Dry onion soup mix: 1 (1 ounce) envelope 

- cut green beans: 1 (15 ounce) can, drained

- Tomato juice: 2 quarts 

- Green bell peppers: 2, diced

- Stalks celery: 10, chopped

- Can beef broth: 1 (14 ounce)

* This recipe yields around 15 servings

* Ready in 45 Minutes



DIRECTIONS :



1. First, you're going to get a large pot and place in together carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, and celery. 



2. You'll want to add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover vegetables. You can then simmer until vegetables are tender.



3. Now that's done, you'd best store in the refrigerator for several days.
