Stuffed Bell Peppers

°3/4 pound  fat ground beef
°375 ml (1 12 cups) cooked white rice
°2 celery stalks cut to cube
°2 L pepper (1 red, 1 green)
°375 ml (1 12 cups) Organic Nordic Cheddar from Fromagerie Piron, 2 years old, shredded

* Preparation :

Preheat oven 205°C (400°F).
Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Cook beef and onion for 2 to 3 minutes, until meat loses its pink color. to calm down.
Add rice, eggs, celery, garlic and thyme to taste.
Cut the pepper in half. Remove the seeds and stuff them with the beef mixture. Put in a gratin dish and cover with cheese.
