This traditional recipe for Southern fried catfish is dredged into a pro cornmeal pancake, pro and fried till gentle at the inner and golden brown and crunchy at the outside. *ingredients :

°2/three cup yellow cornmeal
°1/four cup all-purpose flour
°1 1/2 teaspoons pro salt to two teaspoons/flavor the pro cornmeal and adjust

°1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
°1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
°1/four teaspoon paprika
°2 eggs

°1 pound catfish fillets
