°2 C-mozzarella-cheese

Prepare the mashed potatoes and meatballs: Prepare the mashed potatoes as shown in my recipe here. Prepare the Italian meatballs like sauce as shown in my recipe here.

Preparing for oven: Preheat oven 350 degrees F .

Prepare the casserole: Spray a 9- to 13-inch casserole dish with touch cooking spray (I used a Le Creuset Braiser, a hyperlink is at the bottom of the casserole).

Assemble the casserole: Place the mashed potatoes on the back of the casserole.

Arrange the meatballs softly over the mashed potatoes.

Baking: Transfering casserole to oven and bake about 20 min or to totally heated through.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese gently over the meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starts to brown.

Serving: Garnishing with parsley also serving hot.
