FRENCH TOAST BUBBLE UP!

Bubble Up French Toast Casserole is an easy and delicious breakfast for a large group of people that everyone will enjoy! It may be prepared the night before or the next day, making it an excellent choice for a brunch or holiday breakfast buffet.

*Required components:

°Melted butter, I used a quarter stick.
°brown sugar envelope; one cup.
°8 whole eggs, use medium sized eggs
°180 ml of milk.
°2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
°2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
°1 teaspoon of ground ginger.
°Pinch of kosher salt.
°French bread, I was using 1 loaf cut into 1 inch cubes.
°Salt caramel-sauce, for serve (optional).

* Directions :

Step 1:
To get started, you need to prep a 9" by 13" saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; Sit aside.
Step 2:
Melt the butter and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl, then whisk until well combined, keeping in mind that the consistency of the mixture will be similar to wet sand.
Step 3:
Spread this mixture over the bottom of the prepared mold. You will not have complete coverage; So, put the pot aside.
The fourth step:
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs to break up the yolks and mix them together.
Fifth step:
Then pour in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients well.
Sixth step:
Stirring well with  spoon to equally coat bread with egg-milk blending. Add more egg-milk mixture if needed.
Seventh step:
Place the bread in the prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours overnight.
Step 8:
Prepare the baking tray by preheating the oven to 350°F and taking it out of the refrigerator while the oven is preheating.
Step 9:
Baking about 25 to 30 min, or to caramel sauce has soft slightly on the bottom and the surface of the bread is slightly crusty and gently browned on top.
Step 10:
In this step, a large serving dish should be placed on top of the pan as soon as it comes out of the oven and flipped so that the pan "rolls" onto the serving plate.  Because the pan is hot and heavy.
Step 11:
Scrape the caramel sauce from the baking dish of the French toast with a spoon.
Step 12:
Serve immediately after a drizzle of caramel or salted caramel sauce and/or a drizzle of maple syrup, if you prefer. The greatest recipe for both hot drinks.

Enjoy !
