Cobb Salad with the Best Dressing

*ingredients :

°60 ml (1/4 cup) white wine vinegar
°1/4 cup (60 ml) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
°60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
°60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
°1/4 cup (60 ml) minced fresh chives
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
°1 clove finely minced garlic

°2 1/2 cups (625 ml) cooked chicken, cut into pieces
°2 tomatoes, pitted and thinly sliced
°1 Avocado cut into slices
°1.5 liters (6 cups) shredded romaine lettuce
°4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in halves
°6 slices of bacon, cooked and mashed

* Preparation :

In a bowl, mix all ingredients with an egg beater. Salt and Pepper.

In a large serving dish, divide the chicken in a row in the middle. Line the lettuce, tomato, and avocado on each side, then the lettuce. Distribute the eggs. Sprinkle the bacon and put the sauce on top.
