Chicken-Bacon-Ranch-Layer-Salad



Don't know what to do for dinner? This quick chicken ranch casserole recipe will be ready in less than 30 minutes and will have you fueling up for an afternoon!


*ingredients :

°15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
°skinless chicken breasts
°1/2 container 250gm soft cream cheese
°180 ml (3/4 cup) skimmed milk
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
°15 ml onion powder
°30 ml  chop fresh chives
°15 ml  chop fresh dill
°30 ml  fresh chop parsley
°Salt // pepper to taste
°375 ml  broccoli, cutting to little florets
°4 slices bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
°1 zucchini cut into small cubes
°2 cups (500 ml) baby spinach

* steps :

Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Roast the chicken cubes for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cream cheese, milk, garlic, onion powder, also herbs. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Bring it to a boil.
Add broccoli, bacon, and zucchini. flip over. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until the inside of the chicken loses its pink color.
Add spinach and my heart.
