BROCCOLI CHEDDAR STUFFED CHICKEN




* ingredients :

°3 large chicken breasts
°Salt and Pepper
°1 & a half tsp garlic powder
°1/4 tsp paprika
°1 C broccoli, cutting to florets
°1/2 C red bell pepper, dice
°1 cup (250 ml) cheddar cheese
°1 tablespoon mayonnaise
°2 tablespoons olive oil
 
* Preparation :

Preheat oven 425°F (218°C).
Seasoning both sides of chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika & ½ tsp garlic powder.
Use a knife and cut the chicken breast in half, but not all the way to the end to make the pocket.
In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients (except the oil).
Insert blend to chicken breasts also use  toothpick to hold it in place.
In a heatproof saucepan, add olive oil and heat over high heat on the stove ring. Sear the chicken on both sides.
Cover with tin foil and send to the oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until the chicken has reached a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let it stand 5 minutes and eat.
