I take classic party cake also turn it to delicious biscuit recipe! TexasSheetCake are chocolate fudge cookies cover with classic chocolate molded icing.This chocolate frozen dessert will simply become a party favorite!

* Ingredients:

+biscuit
° 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
° 1/3 cup granulated sugar
° 1 egg
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1 1/3 cup flour
°1/2 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
+icing
° 1/2 cup butter
° 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
° 3 tablespoons milk
° 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

* Directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Line a baking tray with parchment or silicone mat, and set aside.
In bowl of  mixer, beat butter // sugar to light, scrap sides frequently.
Add eggs and vanilla and keep mixing until combined. Mix baking powder and salt.
Turn the mixer to low and slowly add the flour. The dough will be thick.
In microwavesafe bowl, heat chocolate chips on high 30-sec iicrements to melted, stirring after eash 30 seconds.
Mix the melt chocolate directly to the cookie dough to equally blended.
Drop dough to large spoonfuls of sized mounds on baking tray. Baking for 7-8 min to cookies appear.
Transfering to a wire rack to cool.
+icing
In  saucepan, mix butter, cocoa powder, & milk on heat with whisk to melted together. Removing from heat also whisk in powder sugar.
Pour the icing over the biscuits and let the icing harden before serving.
