Goulash recipe

A delicious recipe that fits perfectly in WW.

* Ingredients

° raw beef steak

° 1 gram onion

° 1 small mushroom

° 100gm sweet and sour pickles, drained

° 190 g pepper, any color

° 2 medium, 1 yellow and 1 green

° oil

° 1 teaspoon tomato paste

° 1 teaspoon salt

° One quantity of your choice of pepper

° 1 quantity of your choice paprika 1 tsp

° Canned tomatoes 400g

° 100gm raw macaroni

* Directions :

Pat the steak dry and cut it into cubes evenly. Chop onions. Clean the mushrooms. Strain the pickles. Pepper core, clean and cut into pieces with mushrooms. Cut the pickles into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add vegetables and sprinkle with tomato cubes. Leave the sweat covered for 90 minutes.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Season goulash with salt, pepper and paprika and serve with pasta.
