This cake can be turned down with coffee, praline, vanilla cream and even all three for the greedy!

* Ingredients: 4 people.

° 1 box of tea biscuits
° 200gm dark chocolate for dessert
° 200gm fine sugar
° 200 gm butter
° 2 egg yolks
° 1 cup of strong coffee
° Cocoa powder and a few squares of dark, white, or milk chocolate (for decoration)

* Preparation

Start by preparing the cream. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with 2 tbsp. a tablespoon of water.

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar with a mixer until the mixture is white, then gradually mix the butter while continuing to beat.

Enter the melted chocolate with a whisk to get a very homogeneous and somewhat thick cream.

Proceed to assembling the cake.

Dip the biscuits in the cold coffee, then arrange the first layer in a square or rectangular dish. Cover with a layer of cream and then again with a layer of cookies, and so on until all ingredients are used (making sure to finish with a layer of cookies).

Decorate the cake with a grating of dark, milk or white chocolate with a peeler and/or sprinkle with cocoa. Put it in the fridge at least two hours before serving.

Enjoy !
