Enhanced with jalapenos, the enchiladas are even better!
* Ingredients :
° 30 ml (2 tsp) olive-oil
° 500g (about 1 pound) medium fat ground beef
°1 chopped onion
°10 ml (2 teaspoons) minced garlic
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) burrito seasoning
°625 ml (2 12 cups) tomato sauce
°3 peppers of different colors, cut into cubes
°8 7-inch (18 cm) tortillas
°1 1/2 cups (375 ml) shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
°1 jalapeno pepper chopped
*Preparation :
Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic, burrito, and half of the tomato sauce and pepper. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Spread the preparation on the tortilla and roll it up.
Pour some of the remaining sauce into the bottom of a 33 cm x 23 cm (13 in x 9 in) baking dish. Place the tortillas side by side in the dish.
Put the rest of the sauce on the tortilla. Cover with cheese and sprinkle with jalapeño peppers.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
