This recipe can also whiten extremely yellow teeth and remove this buildup of plaque

Baking soda has many therapeutic properties, especially for oral problems, such as mouth ulcers, cavities, yellowing of the teeth and bad breath.

Hydrogen peroxide, also called "hydrogen peroxide", is an acid that has antiseptic properties as well as a bleaching effect. In fact, many mouthwashes contain some hydrogen peroxide.

So, for these remedies, we will need:

° 1 tablespoon of baking soda
° ½ teaspoon of salt
° 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide
° Antiseptic mouthwash
° A little lukewarm water
° Dental floss
° A toothbrush

To fight dental plaque, tartar and yellowing teeth, follow these 4 steps:

1. In a mug, combine half a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of baking soda. Use lukewarm water to wet the toothbrush and dip it into the mixture. Rub your teeth with this preparation for 5 minutes and spit.

2. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide with half a cup of lukewarm water. Gargle your mouth with this mixture. Do this for a minute, then spit it out. Then rinse your mouth with cold water.

3. Use a toothpick to rub off the yellow tartar. However, keep in mind that you should not scratch your gums so as not to irritate them.

4. Use an antiseptic mouthwash to rinse your mouth. You can do this every other day. Mouthwash, used before or after brushing, can limit tartar deposits.

 Enjoy !
