* Ingredients :
° 8 mashed potatoes
° 2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
° pepper
° salt
° 2 onions
° fresh cream (at least 20 cl)
° herbs
* Preperation :
STEP 1
Peel the potatoes. Cut the onions into quarters and the potatoes into pieces. Put everything to return in a Dutch oven.
2ND STEP
Cover with water and cook over medium heat.
STEP 3
When the potatoes are cooked, add the flour (or cornstarch), the herbs of your choice and a good dose of crème fraîche.
STEP 4
Mix everything. Serve hot.
