Best Scalloped Potatoes Ever


For this Baked Potato Gratin recipe, you can allow 45 minutes of preparation.

* INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS 

° 1 kg of potatoes
° 50 g grated Gruyere
° 1 egg
° 20 cl of liquid cream
° 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
° 1 clove of garlic
° 1 knob of butter
° Salt and pepper from the mill

* Preparation :

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180 ° C).

Peel, rinse and cut the potatoes into very thin slices.

Peel, rinse and crush the garlic clove.

Beat the egg and cream in a bowl.

Salt and pepper then add the nutmeg.

Take a gratin dish and rub it with the garlic and brush it with butter.
