TOP POTATO PANCAKES EVER

I like to make pancakes with Chinese sausage. It also goes well with grilled ham and cider or breakfast sausage. For these and other foods, they can be a great choice for French fries. My child is married and I am a widow. So I do not prepare dinner dinner as a good deal as I used to.When I serve this dish, the guests always ask for the recipe. And whilst my son and his family visited me from Winnipeg now no longer too lengthy ago, one of the first things he ordered had been the best potato pancakes!
