When it comes to veggies, I usually say that roasting is the most kid-friendly method of preparation. The roasting process reduces the intensity of the flavor and aids in the release of natural sugars.

Carrots are one of the tastiest vegetables available, which makes them particularly well suited for roasted preparations. They are wonderful when roasted with only a drizzle of olive oil and a few fresh herbs, but when baked with honey, they are elevated to a whole new, kid-friendly level.

Ensure that you prepare a sufficient number of them since I often discover that they have vanished from the table before they ever reach the table. They are just outstanding!

Chopped roasted carrots make for a delicious weekday side dish, but they're also festive enough to serve at Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners.

There is very little preliminary work needed, and then the oven takes care of the rest.
In addition, it's a wonderful side dish for picky eaters since the sweetness of this meal makes it extremely attractive to children. The discovery of a single method for children to appreciate a vegetable may be a stepping stone toward the discovery of many other ways for them to enjoy the same food.
